William Crawford Sinclair, 83, a longtime resident of Davidson, N.C. passed away Thursday , December 29, 2016 at Granville House in Oxford.

A native of Lancaster, S.C., the son of the late Ira B. Sinclair and Zula Shehane. He was of the Baptist faith, served four years in the Navy, was a Korean War veteran and graduate of Clemson University. He retired as an electrical engineer with Tennessee Valley Authority.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 31, 2016 at 10:00 AM at Eakes Funeral Chapel in Creedmoor by Rev. Blaine Britt. Burial will be private.

Surviving are his wife, Nancye C. Sinclair of Davidson, a daughter Tammy Sinclair (Harvey) Bishop of Creedmoor and a son, Tony Sinclair of Mooresville.
